hi guys i'm new in rhinoJungle! i'm modeled an object with rhino and applied a brazil material downloaded , i'm also new with brazil , i would like having some renderings who has got the lights and the aspect more realistic thanks to the enviroment posted in pic (i don't remember name of l hdr file) but without the bitmap as background , is it possibile? in brazil? how enviroments and hdr image work?

You can set up a render without the hdr being visible in the background. From the environments tab, select ‘Create New…’, then select ‘Brazil Advanced Environment’. Under ‘Base Options’, select ‘Overide document environment settings’. Then, in ‘Document Overides’ tab, select the same hdr image and use this as both the Reflection map and GI map. This will provide the hdr lighting and reflection to objects in your image, but the hdr will not be visible as the background. You may add an image into the ‘Background Environment – Basic’ tab if you want.

Easy fix, simply check the 'Env' box in the Reflection Parameters of your porcelain material. Default should be black. This removes the environment reflections from your base material, see example image attached.
