The jungle where all Rhino animals live

Hi guys! I have another problem. My Rhinoceros crashes down, when I set up Depth of Field in Vray. Sometimes it crashes down, sometimes it renders just a black image. Do you have same experiences as I do, or is your Vray DOF working properly? I am not sure if it's issue of whole Rhino Vray, or just my problem. Thanks

It happens to me also. Mainly if we're about to render complex interior scene. With or without DOF, sometimes rhino+vray went down. I have no clue for this... :( Anyone has?

Hi Randy! I figured out why it crashes anytime: Because of Vray Materials. If you make your scene, save it, close it, reopen it and render, Your scene just crashes. The reason is in "Missing textures" in Vray materials. It means Vray saves it's textures into some special folder and read them from that temporary folder. But sometimes happens that this temporary texture just disappear. This is the time when render just crashes whole Rhino instance. So the only way how to fix it up is to re-read every texture in your Vray Material Editor. After that you can render your scene without problems.

But my problem with DOF is if I also render scene with no materials in it - just a simple colors on objects. Anyone to help?

Thanks Matus!
I've figure it out now, since frequently I'm missing my textures while renderings pretty complex scene (after it crashed). Thanks for the good advice. I think I need a little bit more passion while setting up my scene.. :)
