my problem with create UV curve and apply UV curve

dear friends

i want to add some marquise shape on dome ring same as below picture but after apply UV curve command some shapes are too big and some shape are too small (near the shank) is any body who can help me (i want one size of marquise shape on dome surface)

Hy Mostafa,

Seems you have designed a regular patter within a shaped area that do not fit the edges and proportion of the red surface.

Try to imagine to stretch an elastic net on your surface and when the proportions (of the egde of the patter and the surface)do not match, the network suits (widening or tightening) to fill it all. THis is how the command "applay UV curve" works.

How do you get the shape aroud the pattern?
