A subject of the competition held by RhinoArea.com and FlyingArchitecture.com is to design, model and render anything new, creative and original suitable for FUTURISTIC LIVING.

Do you have any original ideas of design of furniture, home appliance, electronics, or any green product? Show us your creativity and win awesome prizes! You can get an inspiration from TRON, Minority Report, AI or I, robot movies, or of course, the best option is to come with totally unique idea transformed into usable super modern and cool design.

1. Model must be completely provided in Rhinoceros 4 or Rhinoceros 5. (Before winners will be announced, the jury will check all of the models.)
2. Model geometry must be in NURBS
3. Every participant must start his own thread on RhinoArea forum, and regularly update WIP images – wires, shaded, rendered images during whole competition
4. Final image must be rendered at least at 1800 pix width and 1000 pix height
5. Visualization must be done in one of Rhinoceros plugins (not in other software, like 3dsMax or Maya, etc.)
6. Postproduction in Adobe Photoshop (or any other program) is allowed

01.04.2011 – Start of the competition
30.05.2011 – End of the competition
Phase 2
01.06.2011 – Start of voting
07.06.2011 – End of voting
Phase 3
Until 14.06.2011 – Jury voting
15.06.2011 – Winners announced
