Hi to all Jewellery Designers ..I'm Yusuf 28 years old jewellery desinger from Turkey. We produce semi mounting solitaires, eternity rings, 5 stones, earring and pendants. I've got a website www.jewelturk.net and i made Turkish Rhinoceros tutorials for Rhinoceros fans. I've made some sample rings tutorials both Turkish and English. You can view my English tutorials from my profile page.

I use rhino for 3 years. Some of my friends prefer to desing in matrix. I prefer Rhino because its more simple and easy of use, matrix is always slow and stuck. I share my tutorials from here and some other sites too.

Hi to everyone again.

Hello everyone,
Thanks for the invite. I make large scale sculpture that is often based on principles borrowed from jewelry. Glad that there is a Rhino community to turn to for sharing and questions.

New to CAD in general, but finding it much easier to learn than I first thought! Am using RhinoGold 2.0 and just starting to get the hang of it. Primarily interested in producing prototypes for production pieces--much easier than hand carving all of them! Really looking forward to learning more through interaction here on the boards.

Hey everyone. I jumped into the digital age in 1999. No question that the art of jewelry has shifted to a digital art. I've been a bench jeweler since 1985 and grew up in a family jewelry store. Been around awhile now. It's exciting to see where things are moving. I'm working on developing a selling system for the digital jewelry age. Virtual is an exciting world. Kev

add a refraction layer to the glass material? That or you could always make the glass model only a surface layer versus a sold so that light will pass through and not reflect off of the back side of the other side of the solid. I'm still pretty new…
