THRIVE is seeking a world class Senior Industrial Designer to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia. You will be an active mentor to your peers helping to galvanize and grow our talent while developing highly innovative design solutions that translate consumer insights and trends into compelling product experiences. As an individual you are passionate about the details and have a proven track record of creating products that are authentic to a client’s brand, and connect emotionally with consumers.

Specific Skills

• Requires BA/BS in Industrial Design or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 5 years of experience in the capacity of an industrial designer producing work of the highest quality
• Must have previous experience working within a top design consultancy
• Must have a strong understanding of the human-focused design process
• Must have a strong capacity for critical thought and information synthesis
• Strong aesthetic sense with the proven ability to manifest a brand dimensionally
• Excellent sketching and visualization skills with a world class sensitivity to form, color, finish & materials
• Advanced expertise in CAD modeling, rendering and illustration using software such as Rhino 3D, Solidworks, HyperShot, Photoshop, Illustrator, Painter and Alias Sketch
