Senior Product Designer - New York City, New York

Dror is a multidisciplinary design studio practicing innovation in product, graphic creative direcrtion, interior and architectural design. We are currently looking for a Senior Product designer to lead the product division of the studio. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, is comfortable both leading and managing projects, directing interns, and is passionate, hardworking, and positive.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Strong design sensibility and technical skills. Can think, ideate, design and work on the product goals set by Dror from concept to completion

- Excellent communication skills (concise, accurate, and effective). Feels comfortable interacting with and presenting to clients.

- Ability to balance multiple, competing priorities. Is disciplined, detail oriented, multitask oriented, and extremely organized.

- Able to effectively communicate the philosophy behind Dror’s product designs and his overall vision.

- Can source and communicate with outside contractors/engineers/manufactures if a specific project requires

- Accountable for the deadlines set for self and fellow designers, with great time management skills

Specific Skills

Solidworks (excellent)
Adobe Suite
Must be comfortable with rendering in other 3D softwares
Rhino and Sketchup (a plus)
