Who wants to work on designs while on vacation? The thought of it might be repulsive if you're trying to enjoy time away from work, but the capability to work on resource intensive projects remotely with a laptop is now here with the annoucement of FELIX for Rhino.
FELIX is a “cloud computing” application, which means that the renderings are computed on a data center instead than on your PC. A minimum of 40 cores to a maximum of 160 cores is assigned to each task, delivering rendering times never seen before. FELIX’s technology allows you to work on huge projects even from your laptop. Simply plug-in a USB internet connection and work from everywhere.
