Somehow new to Rhino
However, due to my work at architecture offices and academic research, I spend the next couple of years using AutoCAD, VectorWorks and ArchiCAD, together with Strata3D, 3D Studio VIZ, Artlantis and Cinema4D.
However, after my participation in the Smartgeometry 2005 workshop in Lisbon, I started looking more at parametric design and generative modeling (with Bentley Generative Components).
When Rhino 4.0 was released, I regained interest through the introduction of history. And then they released Explicit History (now Grasshopper), which was the tipping point for me to seriously look at Rhino again.
So I ordered the educational version of Rhino 4.0, got an update version shipped, returned it and finally got a regular version. I'm also using the OSX version, but fear that RhinoScript and Grasshopper will not be ported to OSX...
I recently participated in the WAAS Workshop in Eindhoven (NL), where there was a workshop on Grasshopper (by Rinus Roelofs) and Processing (by Axel Killian).
